The United Kingdom’s plans for a 5G network create a gaping hole for America’s national security.
That’s why President Trump sent a warning to Prime Minister Boris Johnson:
The U.S. may withdraw spy planes and agents from the United Kingdom.
Why?
It has everything to do with the new 5G network in the UK.
President Trump had previously decided to BAN Chinese companies from supplying 5G hardware for the U.S. due to security concerns.
Earlier this year, his administration had pressured the UK to EXCLUDE China from building the 5G network in the UK.
Yet Johnson agreed in January to allow 5G hardware from Huawei to power its new wireless network. And that decision made Trump furious.

U.S. Reviewing Security Relationship
That decision caused the U.S. to conduct a complete review of the security relationship with Britain.
U.S. security officials are evaluating all American security and intelligence assets in the country.
Sources say that U.S. spy planes and intelligence agents could be withdrawn from the UK.
One former member of the White House Security Council says that it’s likely that intelligence assets will be pulled. The source explained . . .
“This was not a bluff. You cannot mitigate the danger Boris Johnson is exposing the UK to by letting Huawei into the network.
This review is not a punishment. This is the White House saying ‘OK, if they’re going to go down this path and put themselves at risk, then how do we protect ourselves’.”
The U.S. is considering pulling US RC-135s airplanes. These are based in Suffolk, England. Plus, over 10,000 Americans could be removed from the country.
The U.S. is on the brink of breaking a decades-long security partnership.
Members of Johnson’s own party are pressuring him to cancel the 5G network deal with China’s Huawei. They don’t want to lose the longstanding relationship of sharing security intel with the U.S.
